Feed Cork is the humanitarian department of Cork Church, who partner with local agencies & businesses to help fight food poverty in Cork supplying nutritional food packs for individuals & families in need. 2into3 worked with FeedCork to establish the long term funding needs of organisation, identify funding gaps and the scale of philanthropic support required for the organisation to meet its strategic goals leading to the development of a sustainable funding model for the organisation. Novas is an Approved Housing Body working with families and single adults who are disadvantaged and socially excluded; primarily those who are homeless or at risk of being homeless, providing a range of services and accommodation for marginalised households throughout Ireland. 2into3 supported the organisation in developing a new funding strategy, which would see the organisation diversify its income streams and increase the organisations total budget for spending on its frontline services. 2into3 completed a Fundraising Audit of NCH’s ambitious capital fundraising plan to meets its requirement under the National Development Plan to raise between 10-15% of the capital cost of its redevelopment from philanthropic and other, non-statutory sources. Part of this review included recommendations on how to structure the fundraising campaigns and how to adequately resource the campaign effort. In December 2022 the government gave its approval for the advancement of public funding towards the redevelopment of the National Concert Hall.
