We believe that when a candidate succeeds in their role, it allows the nonprofit organisation to succeed in its mission. Taking this into account, we offer a no-fee replacement, should the post-holders employment be terminated for whatever reason within the first 12 months of engagement, other than for health reasons or redundancy.

How we work

We provide a full life cycle recruitment process to the nonprofit sector, taking care of everything from the writing and placing of advertisements to screening and conducting first interviews. The client is brought in at a later stage to meet shortlisted candidates and when candidates are deemed appointable, we take care of contract offers and references.
