Orla Dolan
Orla is an Assistant Recruiter at 2into3. Her role is to assist in all aspects of the recruitment process, from placing ads and providing logistical support to conducting screening interviews and assisting with client meetings. She holds a BA in German and Sociology and an MPhil. in Race, Ethnicity and Conflict from Trinity College Dublin, and has a particular interest in migrant rights and social justice. She has volunteered with grassroots organisations committed to supporting marginalised groups in Greece, Tanzania and Uganda. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, vegetarian cooking, and going to see live music.
