Jennifer is an Associate Consultant of 2into3 since May 2023, working with organisations through the 2into3 funding and advisory practices. She brings 17 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector and 10 years before that in the private sector.

Jennifer is an Economics Graduate with a post graduate diploma in Financial Management from the ACCA. Over the last 18 months amongst other projects Jennifer has carried out a feasibility study into the development of a multisport facility at North Kildare Sports Centre, she has facilitated consultation with External stakeholders to inform the development of a Strategic Plan for Waterford Area Partnership, she has carried out Public Spending Code Financial and Cost Benefit Analysis for a number of Sports bodies and third level Education providers. She has reviewed and quality assured grant applications from 44 sports clubs applying for grant from the National Sports Capital Programme.

She has overseen the development of a three-year strategic plan and overall compliance with the Charities governance code for a children’s book publishing charity during her tenure as Chairperson. She facilitated creative brainstorming workshops with staff and Board members. Jennifer project co-ordinated and delivered training on Social Enterprise Longford (SEL), an 18 month training programme designed to animate and develop Social Enterprise and Community Development in Longford.

As a Regional Manager and Operations Manager for 15 years at Clann Credo – the Social Investment fund, she has a solid understanding and insight into community development and social inclusion. She assessed the risks and viability of organisations in the sector from an operational, governance and financial perspective. Organisations she worked with ranged from large national charities (Focus Ireland, Headway Ireland, Dublin Simon Community) to smaller community lead groups (scout groups, childcare facilities, soccer clubs) to social enterprises (start up and established).

Outside of work, Jennifer volunteers with Children in Hospital Ireland. She has her own Arts practice and loves to paint outdoors and in her studio.
