Hélène McArdle
Hélène is an Associate working in the Recruitment practice. With over 15 years working and leading recruitment teams in large organisations in Ireland, she is experienced in scaling talent management, recruitment, and learning & development programmes. In her previous roles at Google and Workday, she also lead community engagement and DEI programmes to create employment opportunities for underrepresented audiences within the company.
Hélène holds Masters in HR and European Labour and is qualifying in Professional Coaching and Mentoring. She specialises in Career and Professional Coaching.
In her spare time, she likes hiking and painting.
