Hélène McArdle
Hélène is a Senior Associate within Talent Services at 2into3. With over 15 years working and leading recruitment teams in large organisations in Ireland, she is experienced in scaling talent management, recruitment, and learning & development programmes. In her previous roles at Google and Workday, she also lead community engagement and DEI programmes to create employment opportunities for underrepresented audiences within the company.
Hélène holds Masters in HR and European Labour Law and a diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring. Hélène is also a trained facilitator of LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ method and materials, which was born in the late 1990s. She offers Participatory Strategic Development Workshops using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method and materials.
In her spare time, she likes hiking and painting.
