Fiona Barry

Fiona is an Associate of 2into3, working with organisations through the 2into3 strategic development process, with a focus on supporting clients to maximise their social impact. Fiona has worked since the early 1990s across the community and voluntary sector, working across diverse groups and projects.

Among others, she has worked for Focus Ireland, Crosscare and Anew Support Services, and is now a Board Member with the latter. As a member of senior management teams, she has led the development of strategic plans including a review of organisational mission and values. A transformative leader with a proven track record of strategy delivery, accountable to all stakeholders with an ability to achieve full service- user involvement.

Fiona has a HDip in Business Management, and Social Science, in addition to achieving a Certificate in Housing during the pandemic. She is a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Outside of work, Fiona loves cooking (especially on the BBQ), practices yoga as often as she can (preferably on the beach) and gardening (particularly in the fairy section).
Most especially she values time with her family and two very unruly rescue dogs.
