About the Role

2into3 are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled Consultant to join our talent team in a full-time capacity. Under the direction of the Head of Talent Services, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting non-profit organisations across Ireland in identifying and securing senior leadership talent.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to understand the strategic needs of clients, provide informed consultative advice on role design and remuneration, and lead targeted executive searches that deliver high-calibre, mission-aligned candidates.

In addition to managing recruitment assignments, they will support the growth of our talent services by cultivating strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, networking and identifying new opportunities. Strong relationship building skills and a genuine commitment to collaborating with mission-driven organisations and strengthening leadership within the non-profit sector is essential.
