Chief Executive Officer – Carr’s Child and Family Services
About The Role
Carr’s Child and Family Services (CCAFS) is seeking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation through the next stage of its development. This appointment arises following the retirement of its current CEO.
Building on the progress made by the incumbent, CCAFS’s next CEO will drive the development and implementation of its new strategic plan, growing the organisation’s reach and impact for the children and families it serves across Dublin. This means championing evidence-based early intervention, securing the financial resources needed for long-term sustainability, and ensuring the highest quality of service across CCAFS’s programmes – from supported transitional accommodation and residential family assessment to community early years education.
This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide clear direction to its dedicated team, while building and sustaining its partnerships with statutory bodies such as Tusla and Pobal which underpin CCAFS’s work – ensuring that the voices and experiences of children and families continue to shape how CCAFS works.
