Cora is a Senior Consultant within 2into3’s Advisory Team where she supports organisations to develop and implement strategy. Cora is a dynamic and results-oriented strategist with over 15 years’ experience in both public and private sectors, across Government, Health, Education and Not for Profit. This includes, semi-state bodies, strategic reform of Ireland’s health and social care system, including work in the professional body and homelessness space.
She thrives on designing innovative solutions and is passionate about developing sustainable organisational capacity to maximise positive impact in society and the community. Her experience of helping organisations in the review of organisational structures, teams, and activities to diagnose challenges, develop and implement strategy has enabled her to create value for organisations through initiatives that improved performance through organisational development, change management, communication, engagement, and capability development.
Cora embraces collaboration to create and implement strategies that align with organisational goals such as in Focus Ireland, and as a consultant to client organisations while working with PwC, where she led and managed the implementation of different people and organisation strategic projects. Her experience of identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders has been driven by strong facilitation and engagement skills through effective communication and involvement of a range of stakeholders at all levels. She holds an MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour from DCU along with a BA in Adult Education from South East Technological University.
