Shannon is Head of Talent Services at 2into3. She leads the Talent Services Team, with strategic oversight of all campaigns managed by our recruiters, ensuring a smooth experience for all. She is also actively involved in the recruitment process for roles including screening interviews with candidates, assisting with client interviews, and managing negotiation / offer stage with the preferred candidate.

Shannon is a CIPD Associate with a MA in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland. She has extensive experience of sourcing and placing senior leaders in the social impact sector, including Chief Executive Officers, Finance Directors, Head of Advocacy and Campaigns and Director of Operations.

She is passionate about collaborating with organisations who wish to have a transformative social impact and is committed to leading an agile team who can adapt to changes in the talent market, allowing us to source and present a diverse range of candidates to our clients.
