Orla Dolan
Orla is a Coordinator within Talent Services at 2into3, specialising in executive and mid-senior recruitment. She has a strong track record in sourcing the best possible talent for mission driven organisations, including CEO roles with Scouting Ireland and the Irish Thoracic Society, and Director of Operations and Director of Development roles with Social Entrepreneurs Ireland. She possesses strong relationship building skills and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
She obtained a BA in German and Sociology and an MPhil in Race, Ethnicity and Conflict from Trinity College Dublin. This experience inspired a passion for social justice and human rights, which led her to volunteer for grassroots organisations in Greece, Tanzania and Uganda. In her free time, she likes to swim, read and vegetarian cooking.
