About the Role
Working to generate cash donations and regular giving income, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in improving the lives of men and women who are homeless and in active addiction. The Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for managing integrated fundraising campaigns and maximising core fundraised income through individual giving. The successful candidate alongside the Individual Giving Manager will support and implement the overall fundraising strategy, by working across a mix of donor acquisition channels and retention strategies to maximise donor lifetime value.
The ideal applicant should have in-depth knowledge and experience of delivering fundraising direct mail and email programmes – with some understanding of DRTV, digital, telemarketing and radio.
They will be an excellent project manager with a proven track record of meeting ambitious income targets. Additionally, the post holder will be self-motivated and passionate about creative development, comfortable and adept at pulling insights from data and committed to innovation and learning.
The salary for the role is €49,000 – €55,000 commensurate with experience.
