Recruitment Co-ordinator

Amy holds a B.A in European Studies from Trinity College, Dublin and fluency in four languages. Amy feels passionately about giving back in her community and volunteers with the Education for Migrants and Refugees, as well as holding a position with the Irish Global Health Network.

Amy has worked on a range of senior recruitment projects in recent months, including Disability Federation of Ireland (Director of Advocacy & Inclusion) and St. Joseph’s Foundation (Head of Human Resources).

Role: Amy assists in all aspects of the recruitment process, from providing search and selection and logistical support, to conducting screening interviews with candidates, assisting with client interviews, and managing negotiation / offer stage with the preferred candidate.
