Alison McGearty

Alison is an Analyst for the consultancy practice at 2into3, with responsibility for supporting the Strategy Advisory Practice. Alison carries out research and insight-gathering on the sector and for specific clients, supports the delivery of stakeholder consultations for strategic planning projects, and assists with project management and administration.

Alison studied in University College Dublin and holds a BA in Politics/International Relations & Spanish, with a minor in Social Justice. Alison is particularly interested in development, conflict resolution and human rights, and previously undertook voluntary research for Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation.

Alison loves travelling and learning about history, art, and culture. She has spent the last year living in Madrid, teaching English and working on her Spanish. In her free time, Alison enjoys going to the beach and playing Gaelic football.
