Due to the increasing demand for 2into3’s consulting services we are currently hiring two Senior Fundraising Consultants, one located in Dublin and one in the Mid West Region. The Senior Fundraising Consultants will support client organisations shape development strategies, build the case, establish the structures required for successful major donor campaigns and brokering support from individual donors

Profile
Experienced and passionate fundraiser in the non profit sector with proven track record of managing and delivering major gift fundraising campaigns for clients.

• Experience in developing and embedding fundraising cultures within organisations and a demonstrable ability to mentor teams and individuals imparting fundraising competencies and capacity
• Experience in developing stable structures, systems and processes for intelligence and data gathering continuity
• Excellent management, financial, commercial and strategic competencies.
• A strong sales and target driven orientation with at least 5 years performance track record.
• Experience of pitching, negotiation and closing deals at the most senior levels.
• Experience in environmental analysis, influence mapping and relationship management.
• The capacity to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• An aptitude to work to challenging deadlines.
• An ability to demonstrate versatility, and enjoy working across a range of diverse environments.
• A relevant primary degree.
