Dennis O’Connor. B.Comm. M.B.S. from University College, Cork, A.M.P (INSEAD).

Dennis is a founding Director of 2into3 with specific responsibility for Management Consulting Services. Prior to establishing 2into3, he built up a successful independent management consultancy business, Dennis O’Connor & Associates, serving clients in the non-profit and private sectors. In the non-profit sector, Dennis has served as Executive Director of Clongowes Wood College Foundation and on the Clongowes Board, as well as Interim Director of S.H.A.R.E and Chair of Rockboro Primary School. In the private sector, Dennis has been a Technology Entrepreneur and has held a number of senior management roles, both as a business unit Managing Director and Divisional Head of Strategy for Glanbia plc.

Neil Pope, B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Ulster.

Neil is a founding Director of 2into3. Neil has 20 years experience in the recruitment industry both in Ireland and internationally. Since ’98 Neil founded and built Merlin Associates, a highly regarded executive recruitment firm serving clients in the emerging technologies sector and other entrepreneurially orientated Irish businesses.Prior to this Neil was a member of the executive management team of the international recruitment and HR services group, Corporate Services Group plc. In the Non-Profit sector, Neil is a volunteer and board member of a major charity tackling homelessness in Dublin.

Philip Regan. B.Social Sciences, UCD - Diploma in Psychology, UCD - MA in Organisation Behaviour, London University

Philip is a Director of 2into3 with specific responsibility for its Human Capital Development practice. Philip has over 30 years of International Human Resources and Organisation Development Experience as both a Manager and as a consultant. He has worked for The World Bank, UN Development Programme, The Irish Export Board and a London based Consulting firm. He has lived in the US, and Pakistan and carried out assignments in Africa, Asia and Latin America. He is on the board of a start up Charity in the Overseas Development area and volunteers for them at home and overseas. He caries out consultancy assignments for Government, NGOs, UN, University and Private Sector clients.

Peter Nolan, B. Comm from University College Cork , FCMA, FCT,

Peter is a Senior Associate in our Strategy practice with a particular interest in how non-profits Manage Performance and Fund their Mission. Peter has held senior positions with Rabobank and Kerry Group and advised corporations and state entities internationally, as an independent consultant. He also has over ten years experience as both an executive and an independent, non-executive, director. Peter is a Director of The Educena Foundation.
Sinead Kelleher. BA Economics - Trinity College, MLitt Economics – Trinity College, HDip Statistics – Trinity College

Sinead is a consultant at 2into3. Prior to joining 2into3, she worked for a number of years as a consultant for both public and private sector organisations and had a particular focus on projects related to the arts and community development. She has a Masters in Development Economics and Trade and a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics from Trinity College Dublin.

Robbie Foley. B.Comm. MSc. (Strategic Marketing) from University College, Cork

Robbie is Managing Director of Prospect23 and a 2into3 Associate with a specific responsibility for the provision of Prospect Research and Database Screening to the Non-Profit sector in Ireland. He has been an internet and business researcher for a number of years, serving clients in both the Non-Profit and private sectors, specialising in the area of prospect research. He has supported the development campaign at Clongowes Wood College and is currently working on a project with Gonzaga College.

Johnny O’Reilly. BA, English, University of North London

Johnny is an Associate of 2into3 with expert knowledge of developing fundraising strategy for the arts and cultural sector. His experience was gained as Head of Development at Drake Music, and Development Manager at Sadler's Wells Theatre. He has worked at English National Opera, The Roundhouse and St Martin-in-the-Fields. Recent freelance assignments include award winning producers Artichoke (The Sultan's Elephant and Antony Gormley's The FourthPlinth), Rambert Dance Company and Dash Arts. Johnny is experienced in securing philanthropic gifts from business, individuals and trusts.

Jim O Connor
Jim O’Connor. BA, BD and H Dip from Maynooth College.

Jim has become an Associate of 2into3 with a particular interest in mentoring those with leadership roles in the Non-profit sector. He served, up to recently, as Education delegate to the Irish Jesuit Province where he was responsible for all matters pertaining to the Trusteeship of the Jesuit Schools in Ireland. In that capacity he served on the boards of most of the schools including, in some cases, as Chairman of the Board of Management. Prior to this role he was the Principal of Belvedere Junior School. He started his career as a Secondary school teacher.

Sinead Dullaghan B.A. International Marketing and Languages (Japanese) from DCU, MSc Equality Studies from UCD

Sinead joins 2into3 as a Senior Strategy Associate. She has worked with Accenture, HotOrigin, Curach Technologies and independently. She has provided strategic consultancy services across financial services, retail, industrial, public sector, fast moving consumer goods, and media industries. Previous clients include: AIB, Bank of Ireland, Kwiksave (retail UK), ABB (industrial products), Guinness (IT project), and PMPA (insurance). Sinead’s work mostly involves developing strategic plans and financial analysis. In preparing these, she works primarily with Executive Management and also facilitates workshops and carries out interviews with team members, customers, etc. She has also spent some time on the board of and Council of An Taisce. She was Company Secretary of Village Magazine. She has a Masters in Equality Studies and is currently undertaking year two of the Diploma in Legal Studies in The King’s Inns with the intention of practicing as a barrister.

Richard Morton

Richard Morton. BSc University of Otago. M.B.A Warwick Business School. MMII

Richard is an Associate of 2into3 with a particular interest in strategy and fundraising. An experienced Director and former Chief Executive in the Non-Profit sector in Ireland, he has a 25 year track record of achievement in leading significant scale service operations in both strategic and operational roles at Board and senior management level in the Non-Profit, state and commercial sectors. He was until recently a Board member at Rockboro Primary School where he initiated and managed their successful annual fund. He is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
